There is no limit on the number of items borrowed, but only three books on a subject may be borrowed at one time. Four videos or DVDs may be checked out for seven days.

Renewal: Books, audio cassettes, compact discs, videos and magazines may be renewed in person or by telephone. Books on the waiting list may not be renewed.

Fines: Adults material is charged 10¢ per day per item for overdue material. Children's material is charged 5¢ per day.

The fine for late videos and DVDs is $1.00 per day per item. Provincetown teachers are not charged fines.
